    Dr. Amber Mosley is the Director of the Proteomics Core. She received her Ph. D. in Biochemistry from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Her research interests include the analysis of protein-protein interaction networks and post-translational modifications that regulate RNA Polymerase II transcription using protein mass spectrometry and genomics.     Dr. Aruna Wijeratne is the Associate Director of the Proteomics Core. He received his Ph. D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Texas. E-mail Dr. Wijeratne
    Guihong Qi, Senior Research Associate. Guihong obtained her B.S. degree from Harbin Normal University in China and an M.S. in Biotechnology from Indiana University. She has been a Core scientific staff member for many years. She was a Senior Research Associate at Monarch Life Sciences. Her prior experiences include peptide synthesis, preparative and analytical HPLC, 2-D gel electrophoresis, gel imaging and analysis, protein digestion, tandem mass spectrometry-based large-scale quantitative protein profiling, and MRM-based targeted proteomic analysis and assay development.       Dr. Jason True, Postdoctoral Fellow. Jason obtained his M.S. in Biochemistry at Indiana University and his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics from the University of Virginia. His research has focused on transcription regulation in budding yeast using mass spectrometry, molecular biology, and biochemistry. He has previously utilized MudPIT to study histone PTMs. Now he focuses on mass spec data analysis for all types of projects from various organisms. E-mail Jason
